Battle of the Blues in Hambantota

The 142nd Battle of the Blues between Royal College and S. Thomas’ College will take place at the Mahinda Rajapakse International Cricket Stadium (MRICS) in Hambantota from 9 to 11 September. This will be the first time this encounter will be played outside Colombo.

The game will be played behind closed doors san any spectators. This encounter was scheduled to be played in May was postponed due to the COVID pandemic. All players and officials will go in to Bio bubble. The Ministry of Health has given their consent for this encounter to be played under strict health guidelines to be followed.
