The finals of the Colombo Hockey Association (CHA) League Tournament 2025 brought thrilling action across all divisions with champions crowned in each segment.
In the A Division final, BRC showed their dominance with a composed performance, defeating Old Nalandians Hockey Club by 2/0. Their disciplined structure and sharp finishing ensured they lifted the prestigious title.
The B Division final saw Old Joes Sports Club emerge victorious in a nail-biting clash against Gymkhana. The match ended 4/3 with Old Joes proving their attacking flair and resilience under pressure to seal the championship.
In the C Division final, Old Isipathana Hockey Club stood tall as they outclassed BRC by 3. Their energetic style and clinical execution were the key factors behind this well-earned triumph.
The Women’s Division final concluded with CR & FC edging out Nomads by a close 1/0 scoreline. It was a tightly contested encounter where Red Shirts held their nerves to secure the title.
Overall, the tournament displayed excellent hockey talent, with BRC, Old Joes, Old Isipathana, and CR & FC crowned champions in their respective divisions.
