Asian 6-Red and Teams Snooker Championship kicks off in Colombo

The Asian 6-Red and Teams Snooker Championship, organised by the Billiards and Snooker Association of Sri Lanka, under the auspices of the Asian Confederation of Billiard Sports, kicked off yesterday at the Moors Sports Club. The tournament is on till 28 June.

And features participants from Sri Lanka and several other countries. Matches are played over six tables and comprising five sessions commencing at 10 a.m., offering fans non-stop action and world-class cue sport performances.

The championship showcases a mix of past and present world champions, giving snooker fans a rare opportunity to witness elite-level play right here in Sri Lanka. The event is open to the public.
