Customer service excellence recognized across Colombo–USA trade and imports
MSC Lanka (Pvt) Ltd was recognized for outstanding customer service performance after securing two major awards at the 32nd Annual Awards Ceremony of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (UK) – Sri Lanka, held recently in Colombo.
The company was honored with the Best Shipping Agent – Customer Service (Colombo–USA Trade) award and the Import Customer Service Excellence Award, reinforcing its position as one of Sri Lanka’s most customer‑focused shipping and logistics service providers.
The Colombo–USA award recognizes MSC Lanka’s performance in one of the country’s most demanding long‑haul trade lanes, requiring high levels of schedule reliability, documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proactive customer communication.
The Import Customer Service Excellence Award acknowledges the company’s strong capabilities in supporting Sri Lanka’s import trade across multiple-origin markets, with a focus on responsiveness, effective issue resolution, documentation accuracy and seamless coordination with terminals and regulatory authorities
