Managing diversities and striking a balance among them is a challenge. I am sure that those who are awarded today have been recognised not only for their financial performance but also for excellence across many other important areas.

Hence, the awards and recognition you receive today are a testimony to your hard work, your competencies, and your efforts.

So, congratulations to all the CEOs who are being honoured today for your outstanding performance and achievements.

Keep it up. Such performance is very much needed for society as we work towards transforming it and elevating it to a better place to face the challenges of the 21st century.
