David Pieris Group celebrates completion of first batch of ‘Empowering Women through Technical Train

A certificates handing over ceremony to participants of the first women group of Bajaj three-wheeler repairing program named ‘Empowering Women through Technical Training’ was held at the David Pieris Motor Company auditorium in Bandaragama recently. The program was organised by the Social Welfare Committee of the David Pieris Group of Companies in association with Ministry of Child and Women Affairs. The first batch is comprised of 25 women and two other batches from Kilinochchi and Polonnaruwa are currently undergoing the training program.
