The Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) team, led by the Additional Managing Director – Operations Lal Weerasinghe, is currently representing SLPA at the 3rd Tianjin International Shipping Expo 2025 in Tianjin City, China. The conference and exhibition are organised by the Tianjin Port Group in collaboration with the Tianjin Municipal Government. This is the second time the Tianjin Port Group has invited the SLPA team to participate in this important forum, providing an opportunity to showcase the Port of Colombo as a key hub port in the Asian region.
