Lanka Shipping and Logistics (LSL) won recognition at two prestigious awards ceremonies – National Logistics Awards and the National Business Excellence Awards concluded recently. 

After an elaborate evaluation process, LSL was presented a Merit Award in the Freight Forwarders sector under the Small category in the recognition of the performance in the year 2019/20, achieving remarkable success in the competitive landscape.

Recognising the significance of corporate awards in fostering excellence, the company participated in the renowned National Business Excellence Award (NBEA) presented by the National Chamber of Commerce for nearly two decades. The award’s long-standing reputation within the business community stirred their interest, and they realised this could be the platform to showcase the organisation’s capabilities and accomplishments. LSL was able to do this as they emerged winners of the “Excellence in Business and Financial Results for 2022 – Medium category” showcasing the exponential growth in financial performance over the year in consideration.
