ECL RORO vessel Positive Pioneer

Eastern Car Liner (ECL) is set to bring its Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) vessels back to Sri Lanka this April, starting with the arrival of the vessel Positive Pioneer at Hambantota Port on 9 April.

With the resumption of vehicle imports following years of restrictions, ECL is reestablishing its operations to meet the renewed demand for vehicle transportation.

Prudential Shipping by MendisOne, being the longstanding local agent for ECL, continues to ensure seamless vessel operations and cargo handling.

With extensive expertise in maritime logistics and a strong presence in the shipping industry, Prudential Shipping remains committed to supporting importers and stakeholders as the vehicle trade regains momentum.

It said ECL’s return to Sri Lanka marks an important milestone in the post-restriction recovery of the automobile trade, providing much-needed capacity for vehicle shipments.
