Celebrating 20 years in the freight forwarding industry, Eagle Logistics Colombo Ltd., has reached a significant milestone by securing ISO certification, reinforcing its commitment to delivering world-class logistics solutions through process excellence and innovation.
The certification highlights Eagle Logistics’ continuous efforts to streamline internal systems, ensure consistent service quality, and align every function with its core vision: “Transforming Sri Lanka’s logistics with innovation and commitment to think differently.”
The ISO implementation process spanned several months and involved cross-functional collaboration, systems alignment, and intensive training—resulting in improved efficiency, transparency, and customer-focused service delivery.
