Bangladesh High Commissioner pays courtesy call on SLPA Chief

High Commissioner of Bangladesh in Sri Lanka Tariq Mohamed Ariful Islam last week paid a courtesy call on the Sri Lanka Ports Authority Chairman Dr. Prasantha Jayamanna. 

The meeting focused on the port development projects of Sri Lanka as well as the bilateral trade and maritime affairs between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. 

An exchange of plaques also took place between the High Commissioner of Bangladesh and the Chairman of SLPA to symbolise the long-standing bilateral relationship during the meeting.
