Singer Finance (Lanka) Ltd., a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka), is to list itself on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) with a Rs. 400 million Initial Public Offering.
Singer Sri Lanka said that the subsidiary will issue 26.67 million shares amounting to 25% stake of Singer Finance at Rs. 15 each. Its issued capital is 106.67 million shares.
