Your evening will commence with an exceptional dinner at Latitude for the whole family, with the hotel’s our extensive spread gratifying your cravings and guests invited to move on to party after.

The entertainment line-up is one that is sure to please your fancy no matter what your preferences may be. Let the sounds of live band ‘Rebirth’ with Marlon and Slovakian singing sensation Janka have you rocking away.

From your all time favourites to the greatest dance tracks that get you in the groove, they’ll have you swinging in no time. With DJ Rajesh and DJ Kapila playing alternatively at the poolside and the Mix Bar you’re sure you ring in 2011 with a bang!

Gather together with your friends – tables of 10 receive a bottle of Black with chasers and a bottle of wine too. Rs. 5,500 per person; Rs. 3000 per child between five to 12 years of age.

The Steak and Grill House

This seven course dinner of truly sensual delights is more than perfect to pleasure your loved. With great care taken to piece together a truly distinct menu with only the very best of ingredients chosen and the hand of the expert involved in the preparation of each dish, this unparalleled experience is one you’ll always remember.

The appetiser of blue crab charlotte with home grown green asparagus, white truffles and macadamia nut vinaigrette is this the very beginning of great things to follow. The heartier main course consists of South African bison fillet wrapped with black parma ham or char grilled Atlantic salmon fillet with herb ravioli. Each raspberry and godiva chocolate treasure hunt is made with a dash of love that will spark your evening’s romance.
