Colombo. Eurocars Pvt Ltd, the authorised Porsche importer in Sri Lanka and a subsidiary of IWS Holdings, has officially opened the new service facility of Porsche Centre Colombo. The opening of this technologically-advanced workshop comes at a pivotal time as Porsche continues to expand its global electrified model portfolio, including models such as the Taycan and the new Macan Electric.

With this investment, Eurocars ensures that Porsche owners in Sri Lanka receive manufacturer-approved technical expertise, genuine parts, and a premium service experience aligned with international Porsche standards.

Built to global Porsche standards

The new workshop is equipped with advanced diagnostic systems and dedicated service bays fitted with Porsche-specific equipment. All servicing and repair work is carried out by factory-trained high-voltage experts and Porsche-certified technicians, ensuring the highest levels of precision, safety, and quality.

The facility supports high-voltage EV maintenance and repairs, and uses only genuine Porsche spare parts and components, Porsche PIWIS diagnostic and programming systems, specially designed lifts and service bays. Here, Porsche owners will have access to a high level of technical expertise, software updates, and warranty-related repairs. All equipment, tooling and workflow processes have also been aligned with the operational requirements set forth by Porsche AG.

Supporting the future of Porsche mobility in Sri Lanka

Eurocars’ newest workshop underscores Sri Lanka’s readiness for Porsche’s current and future model offerings, regardless of powertrain. Owners of Porsche sports cars can now rely on authorised local servicing, advanced diagnostics, and comprehensive high‑voltage battery care – eliminating the need for overseas technical support.

Mr. Arthur Senanayake, Chairman of Eurocars Pvt Ltd, said:

“The opening of this new service facility marks an important milestone for Porsche in Sri Lanka. As Porsche continues to lead the transition toward electrified sports cars globally, it is essential that our customers in Sri Lanka receive the same level of technical capability, expertise, and service excellence available in leading Porsche markets around the world. This investment ensures that Porsche owners locally can confidently maintain and service their vehicles to the highest international standards.”
