Highlights from the opening ceremony of the relocated Embilipitiya Branch

Fairfirst Insurance has relocated its Embilipitiya branch to new premises at No.973/1, Morakatiya Road, Pallegama, Embilipitiya, with doors open to the public from 19 February 2026. The move is aimed at improving customer access and providing a more comfortable and efficient service environment.

Customers in Embilipitiya and surrounding areas can continue to obtain all key general insurance services, including policy servicing, claims assistance and general enquiries, without any disruption.

CEO Chief Executive Officer Ravishankar Wickneswaran said: “We have simply moved to better located premises, while keeping our service standards and customer focus unchanged. Our priority is to make it easier for customers to reach us and receive timely support.
