Home Lands Group relocates to new head office with modern technology and architecture

Home Lands Group of Companies is proud to announce the opening of their new head office, which was officially opened on 8 February located at 1087, Pannipitiya Road, Battaramulla.

The Group has continued its dynamic growth momentum by announcing the construction of its state-of-the-art head office, which required an investment of Rs. 850 million. This modern office complex spans 55,000 sq ft and is constructed on 35 perches of land in Battaramulla. 

It consists of six floors, and ample parking facilities for over 50 vehicles. Moreover, it is a central location that can be easily accessible by both public and private transportation and is in close proximity to the highway exits that connects to almost any location in the country.

The office is architecturally designed and is equipped with cutting–edge technology, including a fully automated boardroom powered by the latest technology of Huawei. Each department in every floor is equipped with modern technology which facilitate its objective of offering increased comfort to its employees and the highest-quality service to its customers.  

Furthermore, the exceptional sustainable features added to the new building were designed to match and meet their ever-changing office requirements, and thus aid and integrate numerous data-driven and digitally-enabled services and solutions to enhance and boost employee experience and efficiency, contributing exponentially to generate customer satisfaction. 

This is a collaborative effort of Home Lands Construction and Urban Space Interiors, both subsidiaries of the Home Lands Group to make this moment a success. 

Home Lands Group also revealed that the construction and relocation of the new head office signified the completion of the first phase of their branch upgrade initiative, which included the construction of two new branch offices in Negombo and Kurunegala, which was opened within the course of the last year. They also revealed plans to upgrade the Galle branch office by the end of February and the Kandy branch office by the end of April this year.

As a result, prospective and existing customers will be able to do more than just visit and browse the existing portfolio of property available in strategic locations throughout Sri Lanka and the suburbs; they will also be able to peruse a range of ground-breaking concept apartment buildings developed in a highly innovative, cutting-edge approach.
