The Condominium Developers Association of Sri Lanka (CDASL), the premier representative body of condominium developers in Sri Lanka, successfully held its 12th Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2026 at the Board Room of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
At the AGM, the membership reappointed Pinsiri Fernando of Suncity Property Developers Ltd., as Chairman, Prasanna De Zoysa of SMI Housing Development Ltd., was reappointed as Secretary, while Dhammika Wasanthakumara of Capital Developers Ltd., was reappointed as Treasurer, reaffirming its confidence in leadership and commitment to advancing the condominium development industry in Sri Lanka.
The Executive Committee elected for the 2026/27 term comprises Aelian Gunawardena (JAT Property Group Ltd.), Brahmanage Premalal (Prime Lands Ltd.), Dasun Wickramarathna (Global Housing and Real Estate Ltd.), Kishore Reddy (Quest and Query Ltd.), Inoke Perera (Whittall Boustead Ltd.), Nalin Herath (Home Lands Skyline Ltd.), Roderick David (Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC), Sabeer Iqbal (Rush Housing Ltd.), and Sanjeewa Peiris (Maga Engineering Ltd.). The Committee will be supported by three Advisers, namely the Condominium Management Authority (CMA) former Chairman Kapila Gamage, Pradeep Moraes of Praedium Ltd., and Sivarajah Thumilan of Blue Ocean Residencies Ltd.
During the AGM, members reviewed the Association’s key achievements and activities over the past year, particularly its efforts to address industry concerns and advocate for a more conducive policy environment. The Chairman expressed his appreciation to the Executive Committee members and advisors for their valuable contributions and dedicated service to the Association throughout the year. CDASL continues to serve as the collective voice of Sri Lanka’s condominium development sector, representing the interests of its members and engaging with government authorities, regulatory institutions, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable industry growth and best practices.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment to advancing the condominium development industry in Sri Lanka.
