Anton explores environment-friendly innovations with uPVC doors and windows

Anton uPVC (Un-plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) doors and windows are one of the major outcomes of the innovation process. 

“When choosing uPVC, the consumption of wood is reduced, which leads to the conservation of forests. For every 6,000MT of uPVC doors and windows we produce, 32,000 hectares of forest are persevered which is the perfect material for construction with the added benefit of being the better solution for the environment. Compared to aluminium, uPVC also maximises energy-saving insulation, which reduces energy bills and helps to protect our precious natural resources. uPVC is a product which is resistant to UV, fire, termites and corrosion with low maintenance and is cost-friendly,” added Jayasinghe.
