Having commenced its operations in 2016, Merc-Stop has become a synonymous name with reliable European Auto-Care in Sri Lanka. Over the past 5 years, Merc-Stop has grown
its business by leaps and bounds and the rapid expansion over recent years has led to its brand facelift today. The upgrade in visual brand identity aligns strategically with its
long-term expansion plans and the brand personalization aims to attract and garner the right audience whilst familiarizing themselves with revamps taking place internally and externally, which is reflected throughout the visual design, workshop design and across the entire digital experience. Today, Merc-Stop strives to ensure its clientele and the continued loyalty of customers are sustained with the services provided, uncompromising the consistency built to date.
“Over the next few years, refining and digitizing the customer experience at Merc-Stop is of utmost importance to us” says Suraj Dandeniya, Chairman of Merc-Stop. “It is vital that a customer may not need to spend any extra time at Merc-Stop once the vehicle has been handed over to the respective service advisor; hence why we are currently developing a smart-phone integrated software to ensure live updates, service & repair transparency and maintenance history per vehicle, so that you remain updated every step of the way.”
Commencing the establishment with just a mechanical section, it later branched out to a collision repair center and today, a brand-new service station concept - which is a venture with immense potential and growth for Merc-Stop - which comes around concurrently with a Hybrid battery maintenance center. The service station comes to life as a more convenient and faster approach to its customers, whilst adhering to Covid-19 protocols in the country. It is a place for quick turnaround jobs that do not require vehicles to be left overnight. With broader plans up their sleeves to uplift customer services and lifestyles, Merc-Stop is on the path to making dynamic changes in the Auto-Care Workshop experiences in the country.
