The menu: Alverta Imperial Royal Caviar served in an ice illusion as the starter followed by a duet of asparagus and wild mushroom cappuccino with Italian cold cuts and blue lagoon crab and shrimp  ravioli with anchovy, gorgonzola cream and for the main course prime lamb rump wellington with port jus, feta and mint stuffed chicken roulade with Foie gras face, earl gray jus, sun dried tomato and baked garlic crusted sea bass and prawn bisque sauce, truffle mash and buttered heart vegetables and for dessert spicy bourbon chocolate declination with glace curly wurly and macerated fruit pearls.

This special Valentine’s Day package includes an overnight stay at the Hilton Colombo with breakfast for two on the house valid on the night of 14 February 2013.
