N&A Property Developers celebrates first anniversary

N&A Property Developers Ltd., a leading company in Sri Lanka’s real estate development and construction sphere, celebrated its first anniversary successfully. N&A Property Developers comes under the umbrella of the N&A Group. Expressing his views on the first anniversary celebrations, the company’s Head of Marketing Ajith Dharmathilaka said: “N&A Property Developers was launched in 2013 with the primary objective of offering clients in the real estate development and construction segment a reasonable pricing structure, coupled with a guaranteed, durable and quality product of superior service. “In keeping with our vision and mission, in 2013 we completed work on two fully-fledged, modern housing development projects – ‘Eden Park’ at Thalawathugoda and ‘Prestige City’ at Malabe. In addition, we also undertook and successfully completed a large number of private housing projects, each costing more than Rs. 10 million.

“A salutary feature was that work on all these projects was completed on schedule in adherence to benchmark quality standards and handed over to clients who expressed utmost satisfaction at the splendid workmanship and overall premium quality of the job. “N&A Property Developers has now embarked on many other new projects in the fast developing Colombo and Malabe areas. The company has proven its mettle in the specialized sphere of dedicated construction, whether it relates to building a house worth more than Rs. 10 million or a large scale luxury apartment complex. “Whatever the project may be, our company has the required financial strength, modern technology and equipment, a panel of architects, engineers, project managers and human resources which include masons and such categories as part of a skilled workforce.” The backbone of N&A Property Developers is its associate company, N&A Engineering Services Limited, which was established in 1995, as a large-scale commercial operation registered with the Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD) under C1 categorisation. The company specialises in developing infrastructure and is involved in a big way in the sphere of constructing commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, luxury condominiums, playgrounds, swimming pools and housing projects.
