Kelsey Homes invests Rs. 2 billion in exclusive residential complex, Templer’s Square
30 homes reserved within one week of the soft launch Kelsey Homes, Sri Lanka’s leading housing development company and property developer, recently broke ground on its latest housing development, Templer’s Square.

The two billion rupee development located in the heart of Mount Lavinia is Kelsey Homes’ latest residential development scheduled to be complete by 2015.
