Eagle Logistics completes six years of success

Eagle Logistics Colombo completed its sixth successful year in the international logistics business in Sri Lanka on 20 October 2011.

The company started its business in 2005 with two staff members and the back office support of CL Synergy (Pvt) Limited. Today it has a staff strength of over 60 with its head office located at No. 209 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7 and two branches in Katunayake and Biyagama.

Managing Director Asanga Weerackody said that there was only one reason Eagle Logistics Colombo was at this level today and the credit went solely to his staff.

“For a company to be successful you need not have experienced personnel in the logistics industry working for you but you should have people with the right attitude. We have a very young team. They are energetic, wonderfully creative and talented. Their ideas, thoughts and way of thinking are beneficial to the success of our business.
