Rangana Nawodini Ariyadasa is a professional Bharatanatyam Dancer, Choreographer and had been a lecturer at the University of the Visual and Performing Arts until 2024. Presently she is a visiting lecturer and also an advisor appointed by the Minister of Cultural Affairs for the state Dance Art Council.

Geetha Ranasinghe holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Open University of Sri Lanka, a Diploma in Human Resource from NIBM and a B.Com (Special) degree from the University of Colombo. She was a Former Director – Human Resources, at the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI). She counts over 30 years of experience in various categories of Human Resources Management.

Wasanthi Stephen is currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Janashakthi Group, bringing over 25 years of corporate experience. She is an Attorney at Law, and also holds an International MBA from Canterbury Christ Church University UK. She also holds the membership of CIPM and a council member of the same. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) at the International Coaching Federation USA. She has won many accolades, including the prestigious 2024 Global Recognition Award for Leadership in Human Resources.

Priyanthi Guruge is an Executive Coach, Business and HR Management Consultant, and a Trainer with over 25 years of leadership experience in international companies, mainly in the IT/BPM industry. She holds a MBA from the University of Western Sydney and a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Colombo. She is a Certified Professional Advance Coach Practitioner from the Coach Masters Academy, Singapore. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training & Assessing Learning from City & Guilds, UK. Currently, she serves as the Country Manager for SafeCulcha Ltd. while practicing as an Executive Coach and a Consultant. A growth catalyst with cross-cultural expertise, she is guided by her motto: “Inspiring Growth, Enriching Lives, Elevating Businesses.
