Aberdeen Holdings recently concluded the 10th edition of its flagship employee engagement initiative, ‘Thinker Bots: The Ultimate Aberdeen Quiz Challenge’, reinforcing its commitment to cultivating a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture. A total of 32 teams, comprising 256 participants from 20 group companies, competed in the preliminary round, with 19 teams advancing to the grand finale. The event was more than just a quiz competition; it was a celebration of the group’s values – teamwork, curiosity, and shared success. Held at the Galle Face Hotel, the finale embraced a nostalgic 90s theme, providing employees with a unique space to connect beyond their day-to-day roles. With a workforce of over 2,000 employees across six industries, Aberdeen Holdings continues to champion internal engagement through purpose-driven initiatives. Programmes like Thinker Bots highlight the company’s investment in its people – creating opportunities to learn, lead, and grow while strengthening its position as an employer of choice in Sri Lanka.
