Pumping fuel with foreign currency

Can we commission a few selected fuel stations accepting only foreign currencies and collect a good amount of foreign currency which has to be deposited to Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) accounts or designated foreign currency collection accounts?

Anyone can buy a card which has a $ value by using foreign currency notes or sending a remittance directly to the bank.

This card can be used at the petrol station to buy petroleum products. Also this card can be a multipurpose card too.

We can get an app which will monitor and govern the usage of the fuel and could introduce many features into it.

The funds collected can be used to order the next shipment.
