Two days of national mourning for Mandela

The Government on Monday declared two days of national mourning from today in respect of South Africa’s former president, the late Nelson Mandela. The Government has declared Tuesday and Wednesday (10 and 11 December) as days of national mourning. Flags at all ministries, departments, agencies and private institutions should fly at half-mast during the two day mourning period, the Government Information Department said.
