Saudi funded Neuro Trauma Centre opens

The 10 storeyed Neuro Trauma Centre at the National Hospital Colombo equipped with modern facilities built at a cost of Rs.3000 million and funded by the Saudi Fund for Development was declared open by President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday.

Minister of Health Maithripala Sirisena, Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Sri Lanka Abdul Azeez Al Jamal, Vice President of Saudi Development Fund Yusuf Al Bassam, Director of the National Hospital Dr. Hector Weerasinghe and several officials were also present on the occasion - Pix by Chandana Perera
