President leaves for London

President Mahinda Rajapaksa left for London yesterday at the invitation of the Oxford Union and the Sri Lanka Society of Oxford University.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to address the Oxford Union on 2 December.

President Rajapaksa previously addressed the Oxford Union in 2008 and the topic of his address was “Strategy towards Empowering the Rural Economy of Sri Lanka”. (www.info.gov.lk)
