Indian Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai met Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksha yesterday where the two reviewed the progress on development projects initiated under the Indian assistance in the North and Eastern provinces.

They also discussed the various aspects of the bilateral relationship between the two countries especially on the trade investment and tourism.
