The Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs has requested all Sri Lankans to hoist the National Flag until 19 November in every household to mark the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) and the third year anniversary of President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s second presidential term.
