A 24-member delegation of young political leaders representing 14 Sri Lankan parties has commenced a twoweek official visit to India.
As part of their engagement, the delegation met with Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri yesterday, marking the beginning of a program to promote cross-border political dialogue and regional cooperation.
“Foreign Secretary emphasised their valuable role in deepening the #IndiaSriLanka partnership as stakeholders in its future roadmap,” Indian External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal noted via ‘X.’
