Foreign Relations Minister Dinesh Gunawardena met the United Kingdom Prime Minister’s Special Envoy for Afghanistan and Pakistan Gareth Bailey and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Director for South Asia and Afghanistan Sara Hulton.
