Shanakiyan blasts NPP for not having consistent principles or policies

Parliamentarian Shanakiyan Rajaputhiran Rasamanickam claimed that the National People’s Power (NPP) lacked consistent principles or policies as they supported the Tamil Makkal Viduthalai Pulikal (TMVP) candidate of the Vakarai Municipal Council .

In a Twitter message Rasamanickam said: “Today’s events at the Vakarai council have made it clear that the NPP lacks consistent principles or policies.”

He claimed that the NPP members supported the candidate from Pillayan’s TMVP helping them secure the Chairman position defeating the Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK ) candidate.

Earlier also he made the same accusation to the NPP for supporting TMVP’s candidate to get elected to the Batticaloa Municipal Council.
