Attorney-at-law Siri A. Perera JPUM, former Vice President of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL), former Member of the Council of Legal Education of Sri Lanka, Vice President of the SAARC Law Sri Lanka Chapter, Past Governor of Lions Clubs International District 306 A1 Sri Lanka, and Past President of the Kalutara Town Club, passed away peacefully yesterday.
He was the beloved husband of Rani, devoted father of Pinsith, Aravinda Deepal (SriLankan Airlines), and Samara, father-in-law of Rehan, Shammi, and Inoka, loving grandfather of Sachin, Yuwani, Nikhil, Rakhil, Jayeshi, Jayesh, Jayindu, Minuli, Nithuli, and the late Sanjanee, and brother of Raja, Manel, Devika, and the late Kosala.
His remains lie at his residence at No. 74, Sir Cyril De Soyza Mawatha (Old Road), Kalutara South. Cremation will take place at 6 p.m. tomorrow (14) at the General Cemetery, Kalutara North. The cortege will leave the residence at 5 p.m.
