Postal voting on 30, 31 Oct. and 1 Nov.

Postal voting for the 2019 Presidential Election will take place on 30 and 31 October, the Election Department announced yesterday.

Postal voting for employees of the Police and Election Department will take place on 1 November.

State officers who would be engaged in election duties, public officials engaged in essential services, and personnel of the armed forces, Police and Civil Defense Force are entitled to postal voting.

They must register for postal voting by 30 September.

The Presidential Election will be held on 16 November, while nominations will be received on 7 October.
