Postal voting for LG polls on 25 & 26 Jan.

Postal voting for the local government polls will be held on 25 and 26 January, the Elections Commission announced.

Additional Commissioner of Elections M.M. Mohamed said that voters who have registered for local government elections to be held on 10 February 2018 are eligible for postal voting.

Officials of the Elections Department and Police personnel can cast their postal votes on 22 January, the Additional Commissioner revealed.

He stated that the elections commission had already given instructions to district election offices to conduct relevant procedures on 25 and 26 January.
