The Colombo High Court has fixed 3 November for further examination of evidence in the corruption case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) against former Energy Minister Kumara Jayakody.

The case was taken up on Monday before Colombo High Court Judge Rashantha Godawela, when witness evidence was recorded. The Court adjourned the trial after the evidence was recorded.
