Indian Army Chief calls on Lankan counterpart

Indian Army General Manoj Mukund Naravane, who is on five-day goodwill visit, yesterday paid a courtesy call on his Lankan counterpart Army General Shavendra Silva and discussed matters of mutual interest. 

Naravane also visited the Indian Peace Keeping Force Memorial at Battaramulla Ape Gama premises and paid a floral tribute to the fallen war heroes of the Indian Army.
