Sri Lanka’s recruitment sector marked a new milestone with the official launch of HotJobs, described as the country’s first AI-driven recruitment platform, at Cinnamon Life, Cumulus Ballroom recently.
Positioned as a smarter and more responsive hiring solution, HotJobs has been developed to transform the way employers and candidates connect in an increasingly competitive and fast changing job market. The platform is expected to support a more efficient recruitment process by combining technology with practical hiring insight, enabling organisations to identify talent more effectively while helping job seekers access opportunities in a faster and more meaningful way.
HotJobs is the first product to be launched under Careers360 Sri Lanka, a new HR focused company established through the collaboration between InTalent Asia and InspireX. The venture brings together recruitment and workforce expertise with technology and digital innovation, with the broader aim of building a stronger and more connected HR ecosystem for Sri Lanka.
Speaking at the launch, HotJobs and InTalent Asia CEO Heshani Kaumadi said that the platform was created in response to the changing nature of hiring and the growing need for more intelligent recruitment solutions.
“HotJobs was created with a clear vision to improve the way employers and candidates connect. As hiring continues to evolve, we believe there is a strong need for smarter and more responsive platforms that combine technology with real recruitment insight. HotJobs is an important first step in building that future,” she said.
The launch event drew the participation of industry leaders, CXOs, and HR professionals, reflecting the growing importance of innovation in recruitment and workforce planning. The evening commenced with the formal unveiling of the platform and continued with a panel discussion focused on the future of recruitment, talent, and workforce innovation in Sri Lanka.
The launch of HotJobs also signals the beginning of a wider journey for Careers360 Sri Lanka, which aims to develop products and solutions that respond to the emerging needs of employers, candidates, and the broader employment market.
As recruitment continues to evolve alongside technology, platforms such as HotJobs are likely to play an increasingly important role in shaping how talent is identified, assessed, and connected with opportunity in Sri Lanka.
