Foreign economic experts meet NPP

A group of foreign economic experts met with representatives of the National People’s Power (NPP) party at the JVP Head Office yesterday. Among the attendees was Argentina’s former Economy Minister and Columbia University Professor Martin Guzman, Massachusetts University Professor Jayathi Ghosh and United Nations Millennium Project former Regional Director Charles Abugre. Dr. Ahilan Kadirgamar, a senior lecturer at Jaffna University, also contributed to the discussion. The meeting, which included NPP Executive Members Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa and several other NPP members focused on addressing Sri Lanka’s economic crisis
