The Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar has decided to hear the case against former Defence Secretary and presidential hopeful Gotabaya Rajapaksa, filed over the alleged misappropriation of Rs. 33.9 million to build the D.A Rajapaksa museum, from 15 October.The Special High Court decided to hear the case against Gotabaya Rajapaksa and six others daily starting from 15 October while issuing summons to four witnesses to appear before the courts on that day.
