Committee on High Posts approves appointment of four State institution Chairpersons

The Parliamentary Committee on High Posts has approved four appointments as Chairpersons for State institutions recently.

The approval was granted during the Committee’s meeting held on 20 June Chaired by the Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya.

Accordingly, the appointments of Somasiri Ekanayake as the Chairman of the Employees’ Trust Fund Board (ETF), B.A.P.K.R. Bamunu Arachchi as the Chairman of the Ceylon Fishery Harbours Corporation, M.R.H. Swarnathilaka as the Chairman of the Development Lotteries Board and S. Nesarajan as the Chairman of Paranthan Chemicals Ltd. were approved by the Committee.
