The Colombo High Court yesterday ordered the re-convening of the case filed by the Attorney General against MP Namal Rajapaksa for 26 September.
The case, filed by the Attorney General, involves allegations that Rajapaksa received Rs. 70 million from the Indian company Krrish under the pretence of promoting rugby.
Rajapaksa was present in court when the case was taken up yesterday.
