COVID-19 vaccines administered to 100,060 persons

A total of 100,060 persons received a COVID-19 vaccine dose on Monday, the Epidemiology Unit states.

On Monday, 58,969 persons received the booster dose, which has been administered to a total of 5,261,005. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is being administered as the booster.

The first dose of Pfizer was administered to 27,983 persons on Monday, raising the total number of persons to have received the first dose of the vaccine to 2,240,669. The second dose of Pfizer has been administered to 524,447 persons, of which 11,203 persons received the second dose on Monday.

On Monday, the first dose of Sinopharm was administered to 773 persons and the second dose was administered to 1,405 persons. In total, 11,992,023 persons have received the first dose of Sinopharm and 11,044,102 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.

The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.

The Epidemiology Unit states that 804,801 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 787,361 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.

The first dose of Sputnik V has been administered to 159,110 persons and the second dose has been administered to 155,812 persons.

A total of 16,677,234 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 13,930,315 persons have received the second dose.

According to Our World in Data, first dose coverage in the country is 77.44% of the population and second dose coverage is 64.74%.
