Designed to develop well-rounded corporate leaders, the program focuses on five critical areas of Board leadership. Participants gain a deeper understanding of Directors’ legal, fiduciary and ethical responsibilities while strengthening their ability to make strategic decisions that support sustainable growth, organisational resilience and long-term value creation. Equally important, the program recognises that effective governance extends beyond the Board itself.
