Australian High Commissioner Matthew Duckworth yesterday announced that its Government is providing an additional $ 2.5 million to support Sri Lanka’s response to Cyclone Ditwah, bringing its total assistance to $ 3.5 million.
“As close Indo-Pacific neighbours, we stand with Sri Lanka and are working with UN partners to reach those most affected,” he noted via a post on ‘X.’
