COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 71,301 persons on Wednesday and 74.11% of the country’s population has received at least one vaccine dose.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 15,933,967 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 13,753,715 persons have received two doses.
The third dose has been administered to 727,370 persons, of which 66,272 persons were vaccinated on Wednesday. The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is being administered as the booster.
The Pfizer vaccine was administered as a first dose to 766 persons on Wednesday and 502 persons received the second dose on Wednesday. In total, the first dose of Pfizer has been administered to 1,543,536 persons and the second dose has been administered to 461,405 persons.
The first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,946,889 persons and 10,935,102 persons have received the second dose as well. On Wednesday, 757 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 2,994 persons received the second dose.
10 persons received the second dose of Moderna on Wednesday, raising the number of persons to have received the second dose of the vaccine to 782,803. The first dose of Moderna has been administered to 804,801 persons.
The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and 1,418,593 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 159,110 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,812 persons have received the second dose of Sputnik V.
