63 COVID-19 deaths confirmed on Sunday

Health officials on Sunday confirmed 63 COVID-19 deaths, raising the country’s COVID-19 death toll to 4,571.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 74.96% of the country’s COVID-19 fatalities are above the age of 60, 23.80% between ages 30 and 59, while 1.24% are below the age of 30. Forty-six of the COVID-19 deaths confirmed on Sunday were above age 60, and 17 were between ages 30 and 59.

Of Sunday’s COVID-19 deaths, 36 were male and 27 were female and, of the total COVID-19 fatalities, 2,661 are male and 1,910 are female.
