55 COVID-19 deaths raise fatalities to 2,480

Health officials yesterday stated that 55 COVID-19 deaths occurred on Thursday, raising the country’s COVID-19 fatalities to 2,480.

According to the Department of Government Information, 32 persons were male and the remaining 23 persons were female. A majority of the persons were above the age of 60, with 42 of the 55 deaths belonging to this age category. Thirteen deaths were of persons between ages 30 and 59.
